Who Is Rosa?
Understanding, sweetness, empathy and reliability are the characteristics of Rosa; born in 1966 into a loving family, she was the first granddaughter, and the foundations of her cooking were laid while she cooked alongside her grandmother. By the age of six, she was already learning to make gnocchi and fresh pasta; by ten, she spent her summers preparing and preserving tomato sauce with the tomatoes from the family garden. At fifteen, she began working in a professional kitchen, and after more than thirty years as a chef—having mastered the most innovative culinary techniques—she chose to return to her roots in Venice. There, she decided to share her passion for traditional, simple cooking, based on no more than seven ingredients. It was time to pass on her love for food, and above all, for high-quality ingredients. So in 2022, she decided to open the doors of her home and start offering cooking classes. One of her creation is ROSA’S RAINBOW, a special dish that reflects love for others and willingness to share.
