Wow! There are many things we do in life and in our travels and our day with Rosa and her daughter in her home will be one not forgotten. This class with Rosa is an absolute must ! Her knowledge and skill for cooking amazing meals is shared and taught with passion. Everything was so delicious! We promise you won’t be disappointed. I only hope we can find a way back to Venice for another class with Rosa Robin and Ron

This in home cooking class was a truly memorable experience. Our “Nonna” (Rosa) was as vivacious and welcoming as one can be. She treated everyone like family and was in no hurry to make anyone leave. My daughter and I look forward to taking what we learned home and making pasta and tiramisu for our family. Highly recommend!!

We booked a dinner cooking class with Rosa while on our honeymoon in May. This was our favorite activity in Venice! Rosa and her daughter were amazing hosts. We laughed, drank, cooked, and ate into the evening as if we part of their family. The food is phenomenal, but the company and experience was even better. Rosa and Rosie forever!

What a brilliant experience loved every moment from arriving an hour early and welcomed with open arms and a bottle of Prosecco . To the wonderful woman who is Rosa and her friend and interpreter Virginia what a brilliant moment meeting to American Families who from one spending together cooking and chatting about our experiences travelling. Ok…disclaimer super picky eaters and gluten free eaters here!! Yet Mrs Rosa knocked it out of the ball field as we say in the states!!! This class was amazing. We were looking for a class that we could actually learn something that we could take home with us and do on a weekly basis, simply ingredients , easy to make but taste amazing and we absolutely got this from Rosa. My husband and I have Celiacs and it is hard to find good pizza or pasta options well look no further because Rosa made the best GF pasta and Pizza that we have EVER had!!!!! She was super concerned about everything being separate from the traditional doughs that were also being made. Dessert was outstanding!! However, the best part is that we entered her home as strangers and left as family. Rosa and her daughter Angela were absolutely amazing and we will treasure this experience forever!!!! Don’t pass on this one!!!

What a wonderful time I had with Rosa creating mouth-watering recipes and sampling all the creations. Rosa gave me so many tips that I will take home and incorporate into my kitchen and cooking skills. I also requested a recipe and "how-to" make authentic Venetian cookies and Rosa was kind enough to find a recipe and make it with me. I have returned home and have already made these cookies to everyone's delight. Thank you Rosa for opening up your home and sharing your knowledge with me and being so hospitable and warm-hearted. I hope we can do it again!

Rosa was so friendly and knowledgeable! It was the best cooking class we’ve ever taken! We’ve been in Venice for a month and eaten at more than 30 restaurants and her recipes and menu were the best- absolutely delicious!! I highly recommend Rosa’s cooking class.

Incredible! Rosa was so lovely and charming! She made our evening so special, we celebrated my daughters 16th birthday with a cooking class and were treating to an Italian private experience! The lesson, the food, her style and authenticity was spectacular! She was so patient, adapted her lesson for our taste and preferences and spoiled us with delicious courses of food! If your in Venice and want to experience an amazing evening call Rosa!

Highly recommend this experience with Rosa. She and her daughter (acting as a translator at times) welcomed us into her home and provided a wonderful experience making authentic italian pasta, vegetables and tiramisu. Our 2 teen daughters also really enjoyed this so it is great for the whole family. Rosa even sent us home with leftovers, which was a nice treat. Come with an appetite and ready to experience true venetian cooking.
