My guests will be welcomed by a cheerful and colorful kitchen where everyone can choose their favorite color location. Here we will cook together some of the typical dishes of Italian cuisine. After a warm welcome drink, we will start with the famous Venetian cicchetti, tasty appetizers you can find in typical Venetian taverns, more commonly known as ‘Bacari’. Cicchetti have a thousand facets: accompanied by a lovely glass of wine they are often eaten at aperitif time, but they can also be a quick and tasty lunch or dinner. After enjoying our cicchetti, I will reveal you the secrets of my homemade tagliatelle: with my help and all your good will, you will learn how to roll out the dough to perfection! To season our tagliatelle I propose a delicious fresh tomato sauce, but I will be happy to suit your tastes with other types of sauce. To conclude wonderfully our colorful lunch all together, everyone will prepare their own jar of Tiramisu.

After a warm welcome drink, I will reveal you the secrets of my homemade fresh pasta (spaghetti, fettuccine, gnocchi, ravioli, etc.) with my help and all your good will, you will learn how to roll out the dough to perfection!
To season our pasta I propose a delicious fresh tomato sauce, but I will be happy to suit your tastes with other types of sauce.
Afterwards, we will engage in the preparation of my workhorse, a fruit and vegetable dish of my own invention that makes my cooking classes unique. With its colors and fantasy, Rosa’s Rainbow warms the hearts and awakens appetites.
To conclude wonderfully our colorful lunch/dinner all together, everyone will prepare their own jar of Tiramisu.

After toasting to the sound of relaxing chats and Prosecco, we will immerse ourselves in the preparation of homemade pizza. Between flour splashes and stringy mozzarella, you will smell the fragrance of centuries-old Italian tradition.

In order to best meet all the dietary needs of my guests, I thought I would select some traditional recipes from Italian culinary heritage that, with a few slight modifications, can create a perfect egg-free menu. If for various reasons, health, religion or taste, you are not used to eating eggs, but still want to feel like the protagonist of an experience you will never forget, this is the solution for you!

Dear guests, you are all invited to Rosa's brunch to be held every Sunday at 11 a.m. in Giudecca at Rosa's house.
Sunday is a special day, and I want to make it even more memorable with a party with friends that mixes Italian and American cultures, giving rise to a pleasant and unique harmony of smells and tastes. But what is brunch?
A bit of history…
The brunch is the image of a convivial moment during which a meal, known as a brunch, is enjoyed. Its origin can be traced back to 19th century England, to the sumptuous buffets organised by the aristocracy at the end of hunting expeditions.
The term 'brunch' was not officially coined until 1895 by the writer Guy Beringer, who named his idea of a Sunday breakfast, more substantial than usual in order to recover from the excesses of Saturday night. The modern tradition of brunch in mass culture, however, originated in the United States of America around the 1930s.
Following in the footsteps of the aforementioned history, every Sunday Rosa's house will be magically transformed into a sumptuous 19th century palace, and you will be the noble guests invited to my luxurious brunch.
The meal will be served between 11 a.m. and 2.30 p.m.
To conclude wonderfully our colorful brunch all together, everyone will prepare their own jar of Tiramisu.
