Here you will learn with details what a cooking class really consists of, what you will do, what you will learn and of course what you will eat!

Description
My guests will be welcomed by a cheerful and colorful kitchen where everyone can choose their favorite color location. Here we will cook together some of the typical dishes of Italian cuisine.
After a warm welcome drink, we will start with the famous Venetian cicchetti, tasty appetizers you can find in typical Venetian taverns, more commonly known as ‘Bacari’. Cicchetti have a thousand facets: accompanied by a lovely glass of wine they are often eaten at aperitif time, but they can also be a quick and tasty lunch or dinner.
After enjoying our cicchetti, I will reveal you the secrets of my homemade tagliatelle: with my help and all your good will, you will learn how to roll out the dough to perfection!
To season our tagliatelle I propose a delicious fresh tomato sauce, but I will be happy to suit your tastes with other types of sauce.
To conclude wonderfully our colorful lunch all together, everyone will prepare their own jar of Tiramisu.
The course in brief
During this cooking class
you will cook:
- 1 recipe for fresh stuffed pasta typical of the territory
- 1 recipe for fresh pasta typical of the area (spaghetti, tagliatelle, pappardelle)
- Tiramisu
- At the end of all preparations, we will sit at the table to taste the delicacies we will have cooked together during the class.
- Drinks included: natural and sparkling water, wine, fruit juice, coffee.
Duration of the lesson: 3-4 hours.
